What is the Process for Ordering Formal Wear?

So you have a big event coming up and you need to rent a tuxedo or get a nice formal dress with all the accessories. Where do you start? How long does it take to get your formal wear?

1. When to order:

*For a prom, it is a good idea to start your search at least 2 weeks ahead of the big event. Ideally start the ordering process 4 weeks ahead of the event. The Prom season can be very busy.

*For Weddings, 2 weeks is cutting it close. It is best to start 4-6 weeks ahead of time. If you have custom clothing it may take up to 8 weeks.

2. What is the process for obtaining the formal wear?

For men, check on our website for the "Build a Tuxedo" tab. By clicking on the tab you can select the designs, styles and colors that are right for you. For those of you in Citrus County Florida you can save your items and send an email directly to me using by selecting "Lords and Ladies Formals" in Inverness FL.

For ladies, check our website tab Women Formal Wear and browse the cataloge of our supplier to get good ideas on the style and design for you and your party.

The clothing is shipped by regular mail from the central supply and it usually takes 7 days to ship. If you need the clothing quickly we can overnight the shipment but the cost is substantially higher.

Come to the store, try on the clothing and the accessories to make sure everything fits.
